Heather Dillard

Bio

Heather Dillard grew up in the South and spent her early childhood in Georgia before moving to Reno with her family. Though she has Southern roots, Northern Nevada has truly become home, and she can’t imagine living anywhere else. Heather began working in family law in 2005 and has been part of the Surratt Law Practice team since 2010, where she supports clients in family and reproductive law.

Heather is dedicated to helping people through life’s most meaningful transitions. In reproductive law, Heather works closely with clients on surrogacy, egg and sperm donation, and parentage matters. She provides steady guidance, keeps families informed, and manages important deadlines so her clients can focus on building their families. Known for her compassion and understanding, Heather helps clients feel supported during what can be both exciting and emotional times.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling, and gardening.
